Marketing Manager - User Acquisition & Growth

Cash Live Entertainment Inc is looking for a super star Product Marketing Manager with a strong focus on user acquisition and ad campaign optimization. In this role you will use your data analysis skills to measure the performance of campaigns to bring in new users and optimize the performance of all campaigns to yield the greatest ROAS. In addition to strong analysis skills, you are creative, have excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities:
• Drive the user acquisition strategy and execution for our suite of mobile gaming apps. • Own the business outcome of your campaigns and constantly optimize to drive towards the team's business objectives • Define how we measure success - establish benchmarks and criteria to evaluate campaign performance Define and improve marketing processes and best practices • Define and manage ad spend budgets • Manage all aspects of Facebook and Google advertising: build ads, analyze data, optimize continuously and manage creative testing. • Analyze your ad spend and use the data to formulate your strategy. • Optimize ads for efficiency based on performance data. Requirements:
• Experience launching and operating cross-channel user acquisition campaigns for our suite of mobile games • Strong analytics, quantitative and problem-solving skills; ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations. • 3+ years’ experience in high-scale, hands-on performance marketing role with mobile Ad platforms and User Acquisition. • Experience in performance marketing, online advertising, media buying, influencer marketing, lead generation, ASO, SEO. • Strong understanding of ads metrics (CPI, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, ROI, LTV). • Knowledge of multiple aspects of the advertising industry including ad channels, mobile measurement partners, fraud detection/prevention, and A/B testing strategies for campaign and creative optimization • Ability to jump between strategic guidance and tactical execution across different studios and partners • Ability to communicate complex problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical teams • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams • You must be comfortable with uncertainty and incremental change • Self Starter! • Nice to have - Graphic design and video editing experience. Frontend Developer - React

Cash Live is seeking an experienced, Frontend developer to help build and maintain a web-based dashboard and backoffice tool set to manage a live-streaming and
massively-multiplayer-game platform that will operate with both mobile and web clients.

Responsibilities: • Learn new technologies quickly. • Create, update. and maintain the dashboard’s frontend built with Next.js react app • Create, update, and maintain the dashboard’s backend service built with: Go, Node.js, or Python (Django). • Maintain the deployment and monitoring of the dashboard in production. • Respond-to and resolve issues with the dashboard in production. • Communicate with other team members to establish an effective development pipeline. • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code. • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the product. • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization. • Supervise and mentor junior developers. Requirements:

Associate Producer

Cash Live Entertainment Inc is looking for the next rock star to join our team. Cash Live is a live-streamed poker game show featuring fast, daily live-streamed hosted tournaments where players play for FREE, compete for real CASH PRIZES and get the experience of being at a televised Final Poker Table! Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Producer, Directors and Live show hosts to communicate a clear vision for the product, create schedules and ensure daily tasks are in line with the product vision
  • Produce and edit game videos, show content and motion graphics
  • Support the producer in driving the product quality and enable the team to do great work with a strong sense of ownership, responsibility and accountability for quality
  • Facilitate and run daily live shows
  • Proactively assess and identify risks, mitigate them early and communicate both issues and proposed solutions clearly
  • Create and maintain project management documents including status reports, game schedules and retrospectives
  • Responsible for production paperwork, show assets, tracking sheets used to coordinate host and team schedules
  • Interface with publishing or other business partners on milestones and other deliverables, as needed
  • Produce and edit game videos, show content and motion graphics
Requirements:
  • +3 years experience working in related fields - gaming and or live production
  • In-depth knowledge of video editing and motion graphics production
  • Experience in performance marketing an asset
  • Experience with Live-Streaming
  • In-depth knowledge of video publishing across all major social networks
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Technical Artist - Unity

Cash Live Entertainment Inc. is seeking an experienced Unity Technical Artist to work closely with the Producer, Artists and Developers to help create and implement game features. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and a quality product are essential. Previous experience with casino, card, and/or dice games is welcomed but not required. Responsibilities:

  • Learn and understand new technologies quickly;
  • Learn and understand existing codebases quickly;
  • Offer technical solutions to optimize game’s performance, while respecting the art and creative directions;
  • Create/Maintain game assets and animations;
  • Assist the rest of the team in the use of the tools and processes created for the project;
  • Actively participate in the artistic reviews;
  • Communicate with other team members to establish an effective development pipeline;
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the product;
  • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation;
  • Create and maintain technical documentation;
Requirements:
  • Excellent knowledge of Unity 2018+.
  • Experienced with Agile management methodologies.
  • Experienced with Unity-flavored C# with a strong understanding of OOP and SOLID programming principles.
  • Experienced with Unity 3D and 2D rendering.
  • Experienced with Unity 3D and 2D animation and physics.
  • Experienced with Unity user-interface development.

  • Familiar with using version control systems like Git to keep projects organized.
  • Prior experience with mobile game publishing process is welcome.

  • 2+ years of professional experience in the gaming industry and substantial professional experience as a Technical Artist;
  • Have participated in at least one complete cycle of development (up to the delivery of the project);
  • Great technical skills in performance and optimization;
  • Great knowledge of Unity and its new versions, updates and its limitations;
